- Reliable work: 40 hours/week with regular opportunities for overtime.
- Reliable schedule: we work 4-10 hour days: Monday-Thursday, 7AM – 5PM
- Flexibility for time off: we take off Dec 24 – Jan 1, and can accommodate more time off as needed.
- Focused and intentional training: we do not wait until you’ve been here a year to start teaching you how to paint: you’ll start learning day 1 and will develop valuable skills immediately.
- Great Pay: Starting wages with zero experience are $22/hour with a clear path to $25/hour in 6 months, and a clear path to $31 in 2-3 years.
